Mindful Inspirations will be hosting an interactive healing drum circle with Jeff Mann,  Jeff will lead group Empowering drumming which promotes kindness, healing, and support for one another.

Jeff has been sharing his passion and noise toys for over 20 years. He leads Hands on Percussion Experiences to a variety of venues which include local schools, festivals, community groups, workplace stress management, summer camps. For Jeff it is about Empowering the Heart with Rhythm and Music!

No prior experience needed. Instruments will be provided (if you have your own please do bring it) This will be a outside event weather permitting, If we have rain we will be inside. Chairs will be provided but, (please feel free to bring your own.) Refreshments and light snacks will be provided for a social cool down after the drumming.
