This is a fun interactive class that will touch on many topics. We will work on developing a stronger and more personal relationship with your intuition, your energy field, and yourself. Every week will be different as I work with different techniques and there is a lot to cover. These classes are geared towards helping you become the best version of you and create the life you truly desire. All egos will be left at the door so we can have a supportive, and non- judgmental free zone where you can learn, grow, and practice. This is an ongoing 6-week class that will meet bi-weekly. The cost is $15 some materials will be provided but I encourage you to bring a dedicated journal or book for notes and exercises.
