This is a really fun interactive class that touches on many topics. It is about developing a stronger connection with your intuition, energy, and yourself.  Every week is different as we work with  many different techniques. These classes are meant to help you become the best you and create the life you desire.  I insist on leaving your ego at the door so that we create a supportive non-judmental atmosphere in which to work and grow in. This is an ongoing class that meets once a week. The cost is $8 pen and journal are helpful for taking notes but not required. The only requirements are a open mind and a desire to learn.
