(Rain Date will be August 31st)We will be doing a short meditation with accompanied drumming and then flow right into the sound bath. Come and enjoy the natural energy of the bowls, water, trees, and each other. There are many benefits to a sound bath, but the best one is the total relaxation. I will be set up at the North end.
