Day 1: Transform your mind! Activities geared towards helping you to get in touch with what is most important to your happiness. 9-4 workshop. 6-8 Dance party

Day 2: Revitalize your body! Activities include spa pampering and personalized action planning to sustain your priorities. 9-4:30 The second day will be held at Ion Life Wellness Center 3700 Main Street Burdett.

Activities will include meditations, sound bath, fun exercises to help you bring out the best version of you. A one-on-one session with Chris as a Life Coach, and a one-on-one session with Lisa for a Tarot and reading. A Dance party Saturday Evening, Infrared Sauna, Himalayan salt treatments, outdoor Hot tub, and so much more.

What is provided?

Lunch will be provided both days, along with water, and snacks.
