This class will dive into the types of dreams, why you dream. You will also discover what your dreams have been trying to tell you. You will learn how to use your dreams to enhance your waking life and to make a deeper connection to yourself. This is a hands on learning class so please bring paper, pen and a few dreams that you would like to work on. Snacks, drinks and a student packet will be provided. you can join in person or via zoom for this class.
