In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please grant us a 24 hour notice.  We reserve the right to charge for missed appointments or late cancellations. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals will still end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next guest’s scheduled appointment. The full value of your appointment will apply.
