Service Description

This is an ancient wellness practice, that researchers have found to decrease blood pressure, promote better sleep, deep relaxation, cleansing of negative energy, stress reduction and anxiety. It is a half hour of total relaxation, while we play the Tibetan singing bowls, and other vibration clearing music that will have healing effects not only on your physical body but also your emotional well being. A 15 minute session is also available for $15.00.
