Angels on Earth

Welcome to the Bright Side

In a world that often feels heavy let’s choose light. Each week, I will share stories of kindness, courage, and quiet triumphs-reminders that compassion still moves mountains and small deeds ripple outward. This is your weekly dose of hope. A place where goodness is noticed, celebrated, and carried forward.

                                                                  Angels on Earth

Because unconditional love still walks the earth.

For all you animal lovers out there this one is for you. I am sure that you can all agree that all animals are amazing, but there is one I want to highlight today. There are some who give unconditional love, and unquestionable loyalty. They are our guardians, our companions, our healers, our protectors, and for some of us a built-in therapist lol.

With a gentle touch they bring a sense of calmness. Their comforting presence brings peace of mind. They have an endless supply of patience as they listen to your woes, plans, and triumphs.  They love to cuddle, play and go on walks so you get plenty of exercise and love. Talk about a greeting! It would not matter if you were gone five minutes you will get the same exuberant tail wagging face licking greeting every time. Their intelligence and heart go beyond our understanding, as they unconditionally give all they have every moment of every day.

They Protect us from harm as they happily and without complaint work tirelessly in service to others, as guides for the blind, for the mobility impaired, for the hearing impaired. They work as a medical alert. Detection -working with law enforcement and our service men and women. They detect and are a cushion for seizures, open doors help with stability and balance. They help with crucial sounds such as a baby crying, doorbell, phone. They can detect low blood sugar levels. Bring comfort and support to those with PTSD, anxiety, depression. Search and rescue, Cancer detection, explosive detection. Most of all absolute devotion. I am sure you have guessed by now that I am speaking of our Fur Babies.

These are the angels you can see. There is nothing else on Earth quite like them. They have no agenda, judgments, or expectations, they simply want to love you. These amazing beings have saved countless lives and brought unmatched joy to this world. The love they carry in their heart is a beacon of light guiding and helping those who are lucky enough to have crossed paths and have them in their lives.

While hiking in Arizona, a golden retriever named Todd leaper in front of his owner, pula Godwin, to protect her from a rattlesnake. Todd took the venomous bite instead of her, demonstrating his selfless love and bravery. (reference the Petster)

On September 11, 2001, Rosell, a guide dog, helped her blind owner, Michael Hingson, escape from the 78th floor of the North Tower of the World Trade Center. As chaos ensued, Roselle guided him down 1,463 steps, ensuring his safety just before the building collapsed. Her unwavering loyalty and courage were instrumental in saving his life.                                              Inspirational quote of the day.

May the quiet grace of our animal companions remind us that love is still here steady, present. Unbroken. May we notice the small miracles they offer, the healing they bring without words, the way they anchor us gently back to ourselves, and may we walk on grateful for every angel who chooses to share this earth with us.

“Let’s keep brightening the world together, one small kindness at a time.”

I truly love the way the animals in our life bring us peace and unconditional love. Even my tiny aquarium snails bring a smile to my soul. ❤️
